World Tourism Day 2022: RGGP Itanagar

Department of Travel & Tourism Management, RGGP Itanagar celebrated World Tourism Day on 27/09/2022. Exposure tour was organized for the students, faculty & staff around Itanagar such as visiting Hotel Cygnet Inn, Hotel Waii International, Buddist Gompa, & Ita fort. Report writing competition was organized based on the exposure tour to which students participated wholeheartedly. Principal Shri Taba Tath highlighted on “Rethinking Tourism” being the theme for the current year celebration. He encouraged the students to acquire multi skill, build a strong personality, and improve communication skill. HoD Ms. Yakum Taba emphasized on the importance of cooperation, team building and learning through this practical field visit which would be very beneficial into shaping their character & future ahead.
